Tax
VAT Registration, Filing & Consultancy in Dubai
Managing VAT takes time: working out which supplies are standard-rated, zero-rated or exempt, reclaiming every dirham of input tax you are entitled to, and filing accurate returns on time. Analytica MAS registers your business with the FTA, obtains your Tax Registration Number (TRN) and takes care of your periodic VAT filing — so you can focus on running the business.

Problems we solve
- Input VAT not fully reclaimed because invoices or records are incomplete

FAQ
VAT Registration & Filing: questions answered
When must my business register for VAT?
Registration is mandatory when taxable supplies and imports exceed AED 375,000 in the previous 12 months, or are expected to exceed it in the next 30 days. Voluntary registration is possible above AED 187,500.
How often are VAT returns filed?
Most businesses file quarterly, while some are assigned monthly periods by the FTA. Returns and payment are due by the 28th day after the end of each tax period.
What is the standard VAT rate in the UAE?
The standard rate is 5%. Some supplies are zero-rated or exempt, which is why correct classification matters.
Can you take over VAT filing from our current accountant?
Yes. We start with a review of recent returns so that any issues are identified and corrected before we file the next one.
