Tax
Corporate Tax Services in Dubai
UAE Corporate Tax applies to businesses for financial years starting on or after 1 June 2023 under Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022. Most companies must register, keep proper records and file an annual return — even when no tax is payable. Analytica MAS handles the full cycle: registration, tax computation, return filing and the planning that keeps your tax position efficient and defensible.

FAQ
Corporate Tax Services: questions answered
Does my company need to register for Corporate Tax if it makes a loss?
In most cases, yes. Registration and filing obligations apply to taxable persons regardless of whether tax is payable. We confirm your specific position during the free consultation.
What is the Corporate Tax rate in the UAE?
For most resident businesses, taxable income up to AED 375,000 is taxed at 0% and income above that at 9%. Different rules apply to Qualifying Free Zone Persons and certain other categories.
When is the Corporate Tax return due?
The return and any tax payable are generally due within nine months of the end of the tax period. For a calendar-year company, that means 30 September of the following year.
Can Small Business Relief reduce my tax to zero?
Eligible resident businesses with revenue at or below AED 3 million can elect Small Business Relief for eligible tax periods, which treats them as having no taxable income. It must be elected in the return and has conditions, so it should be assessed each year.
